It holds 5 general contracting qualifications including Special-Grade Qualification for General Contracting of Housing Construction Works, Special-Grade Qualification for General Contracting of Municipal Public Works, Grade-A Qualification for General Contracting of Electromechanical Works, and Grade-B Qualification for General Contracting of Port and Waterway Works. The Company also owns 3 Class-A design qualifications covering architectural engineering, civil air defense engineering and municipal industry, alongside 14 specialized contracting qualifications such as Grade-A Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Works, Building Curtain Wall Works and Fire Protection Facility Works, as well as Grade-B Qualification for Airport Pavement Works.
